Complacency

It’s understandable that many of us become complacent while we go about our day to day business. It is certainly easy to fall into this mode, as the pace of business seems to increase. Unfortunately, there are others who spend this same time, disrupting the world and not contributing any value.

The confluence of both this factors enabled a ‘disruptor’ to ‘hack’ our website. The result was unauthorized re-directs to advertising sites.

We have since re-built our website, which you see now.

There is a cost to complacency.

It is a reminder that all of us should not become complacent, especially with any digital property – websites, email addresses, etc.
